HOW WE PROCESS YOUR ORDER.
All goods are usually despatched within 28 days of your order being paid for. If payment is made by cheque or bank transfer funds must be cleared in our account first. If goods are of an imported nature which in some cases less popular or specialist items on our site are these may take between 4-6 weeks to arrive. If in this time the goods do not arrive. We will issue a full refund

If you supply us with an e-mail address, we will use it to inform you of the progress of your order should there be any delay in despatch after the initial 28 days.
Except in unusual circumstances, we will send your entire order out in one shipment.

WHATS YOUR POISON OFFICIAL RETURNS POLICY.
We will only accept returns for clothing items which are faulty or do not fit.
All returned items must be unworn, unused and unwashed.
All items are checked at time of manufacture and again before shipping and a record kept of condition.
We can’t exchange items because you’ve changed your mind or decide you don’t like it.
Faulty items are normally replaced like for like, except if an item is out of stock.
Sizing problems we will send you the size you require, Subject to the garment being manufactured in that size.
Failing this we will issue you with either a credit note or refund.
Return shipping to us is at your own expense.
Faulty goods replacements we will ship back to you at our expense.
Size replacement shipping will be charged to you.
